Terms and Conditions - Reset Network Setting
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Reset Network Setting mobile application (the "App"), developed and provided by Roshiappstudio ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
These Terms are between you and Roshiappstudio. They are not a contract with Google. Your use of the Google Play Store is additionally subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent applicable in your country, to use the App.
If you are a minor under the applicable age, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not give you ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights associated with it.
4. Description of the Service
The App provides, among other things:
- Informational guides and instructions related to resetting or troubleshooting network settings.
- A reference list of USSD and device "secret" codes.
- An internet speed test, including download, upload, and ping measurements.
- A device information viewer.
- A data and network usage history view.
- Language selection.
- An optional paid Premium subscription that removes advertising and/or provides premium functionality.
The App provides guidance and information only. It does not itself modify your device's system network settings on your behalf. Any actions you choose to take on your device are performed by you.
5. Important Safety Notice
USSD Codes, Network Settings, and Device Actions
The USSD / secret codes and the network-reset and troubleshooting instructions provided in the App are for general informational and educational purposes only.
- Some device codes can change settings, reset data, or trigger device behavior.
- Behavior may differ depending on the manufacturer, device model, mobile carrier, operating system, and software version.
- Some codes may not work on certain devices or may have unintended effects.
- Resetting network settings may remove saved Wi-Fi networks, mobile data configurations, Bluetooth configurations, and other network-related settings.
YOU USE ALL SUCH CODES AND INSTRUCTIONS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, connectivity, device malfunction, configuration changes, or any other consequence resulting from actions you take based on information provided through the App.
When in doubt, consult your device manufacturer, mobile carrier, or a qualified technical professional before changing device settings.
Speed Test and Device Information
Speed test results and device information displayed by the App are provided for your convenience and may be estimates. Results may not be exact and may differ from measurements provided by other tools, services, or network providers.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property notices.
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, systems, networks, or connected services.
- Use the App in a manner that violates the rights of another person or entity or violates any applicable law or regulation.
7. Advertising
The free version of the App may be supported by advertising, including banner, native, interstitial, and app-open advertisements served through Google AdMob.
By using the free version of the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed.
Depending on applicable settings, consent, and law, advertisements may be personalized using advertising-related identifiers or other information permitted by the advertising service.
You may remove advertising by purchasing an available Premium subscription, subject to the subscription terms described below.
8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
8.1 Plans
The App may offer optional Premium subscription plans, which may include weekly, monthly, yearly, or other billing periods.
Premium subscriptions may remove advertising and/or unlock premium functionality.
The available plans, prices, billing period, benefits, and any free-trial terms are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
8.2 Payment
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing using your Google account.
We do not collect or directly process your payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play and its applicable payment systems.
8.3 Auto-Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Google Play may charge your account for the renewal within the applicable period before the current subscription period ends, according to Google Play's billing terms.
8.4 Free Trials
If a subscription plan includes a free trial, the applicable trial terms will be displayed before purchase.
Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
8.5 Managing and Cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store under your Google Play subscriptions.
Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or permitted under Google Play's refund policies.
8.6 Refunds
Purchases are generally subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
8.7 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
Changes generally apply to future billing periods and, where required, we will provide advance notice and/or obtain your consent in accordance with Google Play requirements and applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including:
- Google AdMob
- Google Firebase
- Google Play Billing
- Ookla Speedtest
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the respective terms, privacy policies, and conditions of those third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, excluding third-party and open-source components, are owned by or licensed to Roshiappstudio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App, its content, trademarks, or intellectual property.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the information, codes, speed-test results, device information, or troubleshooting guidance provided by the App will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for your particular device or circumstances.
You use the App and any information provided through it at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ROSHIAPPSTUDIO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, connectivity, profits, revenue, goodwill, device functionality, or other losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid us for the App or subscription during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD 10.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roshiappstudio and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:
- Your misuse of the App;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
- Your violation of the rights of any third party.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue or substantially modify the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable dispute provisions, will survive termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the beginning of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You agree to submit to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the App.
