Terms and Conditions – Stamp Maker
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Stamp Maker application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you downloaded the App through Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies. If you downloaded the App through the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms and the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply.
2. USING THE APP
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable rules of the store from which you obtained the App.
You may use the App for personal or legitimate business purposes, provided that your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the stamps, designs, documents and files you create using the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, logo, trademark, signature, photograph or other content that you add to a design.
- You are responsible for how you use any stamp, seal, badge or document created with the App.
- You should maintain backups of important projects and exported files.
- Projects and files stored locally on your device may be lost if you delete the App, clear its storage, reset your device or lose access to your device.
4. FEATURES AND SERVICES
Stamp Maker allows you to create and edit digital stamps, seals, badges and related designs and may allow you to export designs in supported formats such as PNG, JPEG or PDF.
Some features may be available for free while other features may require a Premium purchase or subscription.
Free features or exports may include limitations such as advertising, watermarks, export-resolution limits or other restrictions displayed in the App.
Features, templates, export options, supported formats and other functionality may change over time.
5. PREMIUM AND IN-APP PURCHASES
- Premium may remove advertisements and unlock additional features, functionality or export options described in the App at the time of purchase.
- Purchases are processed through the applicable platform, including Google Play Billing or Apple App Store payment systems.
- Prices and available purchase options are displayed by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase.
- Premium may include weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on the products currently offered in the App.
- Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are controlled by the applicable app store and the terms applicable to your purchase.
- Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your applicable Google Play or Apple account settings.
- A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
- Lifetime access means access to the Premium functionality associated with that purchase for as long as the applicable App and Premium functionality remain available, subject to these Terms and applicable store policies.
- You may use the App's "Restore Purchases" or equivalent functionality, where available, to restore eligible previous purchases using the same store account.
- Refunds are generally handled by Google Play or Apple according to their respective refund policies.
6. ADVERTISING
The free version of Stamp Maker may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or other advertising services integrated into the App.
Advertising placement and frequency may change as the App is updated.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
- We are not responsible for products, services or websites advertised by third parties.
- Any transaction or interaction with an advertiser is between you and the advertiser.
- Advertising and privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must not intentionally click advertisements or use automated tools for the purpose of generating advertising revenue or interfering with advertising systems.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its software, source code, user interface, design, templates, icons, graphics and other included materials, is owned by Roshi App Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of original content that you create and add to the App, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You do not acquire ownership of the App, its built-in templates, graphics, icons, fonts or other bundled assets merely by using the App.
You may use designs and exports that you create with the App for lawful personal or business purposes, provided that your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Some fonts or third-party assets included with the App may be distributed under their respective open-source licenses, such as the SIL Open Font License or Apache License.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may rely on third-party services provided by companies such as Google and Apple.
These services may include:
- Google Play Billing
- Apple App Store services
- Google AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Remote Config
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Google User Messaging Platform
- Android sharing and printing services
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies and privacy practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operation or policies.
Push notifications may be optional. Where supported, you can disable notifications through your device settings.
9. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use the App to:
- Create forged, counterfeit or fraudulent official stamps or seals, including government, court, notary, bank, customs or postal seals, or any stamp that you are not authorized to create or use.
- Create documents or materials intended to deceive, commit fraud, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent authority.
- Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation or legal requirement.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, redistribute or exploit the App except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Circumvent security, purchase or licensing mechanisms of the App.
- Interfere with the operation of the App or its third-party services.
Templates containing terms such as "Notary Public", "Certified", "Official" or similar wording are generic design examples only. Their presence in the App does not grant you any legal authority, certification or permission to represent yourself as an official, organization or professional.
10. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device.
We do not guarantee that any exported stamp, document, image or PDF will be accepted by a government agency, court, bank, company, organization or other third party.
A stamp or seal created using the App does not automatically have legal authority or legal effect.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roshi App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App or Premium products during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection rights.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Stamp Maker is designed to provide many features locally on your device. However, certain functionality may require an internet connection.
Internet access may be required for:
- Purchases and purchase restoration
- Advertisements
- Privacy and consent forms
- Firebase services
- Push notifications
- Remote configuration
- Other third-party services
Third-party services may become unavailable, change their APIs or policies, experience outages, or stop supporting particular functionality. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services.
13. CHANGES TO THE APP
We may update, modify, improve, suspend or remove features of the App from time to time, including to improve performance, security, compatibility, comply with applicable law or comply with app-store requirements.
Where applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes through the App or another appropriate channel.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you acknowledge the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the App, subject to applicable law.
Sections concerning intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, privacy, governing law and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
16. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information and how third-party services may process information.

17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts that have authority under applicable law.
