1.4 Purchase-Related Information

If you make an in-app purchase, subscription, lifetime purchase, or buy premium features, the relevant app store provider may collect and process purchase-related information. We may receive limited purchase information such as product ID, purchase token, order ID, transaction status, subscription status, renewal status, purchase date, and purchase history for verification, restoration, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, full payment card numbers, bank account details, government identification numbers, precise real-time location, health information, biometric data, or private confidential documents.

1.7 Account Information

The App may not require users to create a separate account to use basic features. If account, login, cloud backup, or synchronization features are added in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy to explain what account-related information is collected and how it is used.

Most user-created content is stored locally on your device unless the App clearly provides a cloud, backup, sharing, synchronization, or export feature. Locally stored content may be deleted if you uninstall the App, clear app data, reset your device, or delete the content manually.

You are responsible for the content you create, save, export, or share using the App. Please do not include private, confidential, or sensitive personal information in floor plan names, room labels, notes, prompts, or exported design files.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region requiring a legal basis for processing, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices. These third-party services may collect, process, and store data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

5.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, usage data, and other data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

5.2 Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App, helping us improve features, design, performance, and user experience.

5.3 Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic information, and stability data so we can fix bugs and improve app reliability.

5.6 Google Play Billing / App Store In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, lifetime access, premium tools, paid digital content, or other paid features. Purchases are processed securely by the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card details, bank account information, or other sensitive payment information. Payment processing is handled by the app store provider.

The platform provider may collect purchase-related information, such as your transaction ID, order ID, purchase status, subscription status, renewal status, purchase history, and account information, in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

5.7 Google User Messaging Platform

The App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK or another Google-certified Consent Management Platform to display privacy messages, request consent, manage consent choices, and help comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, Google's EU User Consent Policy, and other applicable privacy requirements.

These third parties may act as independent data controllers or service providers and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms.

6. Advertising and Tracking

6.1 Personalized Ads

We may show advertisements that are personalized based on your inferred interests, app usage, advertising identifiers, or other permitted information. Personalized ads are shown only where permitted by law and platform policies.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization, Reset advertising ID, or Delete advertising ID, depending on your device version.
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable Allow Apps to Request to Track.

6.2 Non-Personalized Ads

Where you have not consented to personalized advertising, or where required by law, we may display non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads use contextual information, such as the current screen, approximate location, device type, and basic ad delivery information, and do not rely on your profile or interests.

6.3 Advertising Identifiers

The App or third-party advertising services may use advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID on Android or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, where permitted. These identifiers help support advertising, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and ad performance analysis.

6.4 Google EU User Consent Policy

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, we follow Google's EU User Consent Policy where applicable. This means we may request consent for the use of cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other local storage where legally required, and for the collection, sharing, and use of personal data for ads personalization.

If consent is required and not provided, ads may be limited or shown as non-personalized ads, depending on applicable laws, Google policies, and your selected consent choices.

6.5 Tracking Technologies

The App and third-party services may use technologies such as advertising identifiers, cookies, local storage, device identifiers, SDK data, and similar technologies for app functionality, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and performance improvement.

6.6 Children's Advertising

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, or 16 in some jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where applicable, ads served are configured for non-personalized delivery.

7. Consent Management, GDPR, and UMP

7.1 GDPR and European Privacy Requirements

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, or another region with similar privacy laws, we may request your consent before collecting, using, storing, accessing, or sharing certain types of personal data for personalized advertising, analytics, measurement, or tracking purposes.

This consent process is designed to help comply with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and other applicable privacy or data protection laws.

7.2 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

The App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK or another Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to show privacy and consent messages to users where required by law or Google policy.

Through the consent message, you may be asked whether you agree to the use of cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, local storage, and personal data for purposes such as personalized ads, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and app improvement.

7.3 Consent Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be provided with choices to accept, reject, or manage specific consent purposes and advertising partners. These choices may include consent for storing or accessing information on your device, personalized ads, ad measurement, audience research, analytics, and product improvement.

Your consent choices may be stored on your device or processed by the consent management platform so that your preferences can be respected when using the App.

7.4 Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads

If you provide consent, the App and third-party advertising partners may use your personal data, such as advertising identifiers, app activity, device information, and usage data, to show personalized advertisements and measure ad performance.

If you do not provide consent, withdraw consent, or if consent is not legally available, the App may show non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads may still use limited information, such as contextual data, approximate location, device type, and basic ad delivery information, to show ads, prevent fraud, control ad frequency, and measure performance.

7.5 Managing or Withdrawing Consent

You may manage, change, or withdraw your consent choices at any time where available. This may be done through the App's privacy settings, the consent message shown in the App, or your device settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn. Some App features, advertising behavior, analytics, or personalization may be limited after consent is declined or withdrawn.

7.6 Third-Party Advertising Partners

The App may work with Google AdMob and related advertising partners to serve ads. These partners may process certain data as independent controllers or processors according to their own privacy policies, consent requirements, and legal obligations.

You can learn more about Google's privacy practices and advertising settings using the links provided in the Third-Party Services and Advertising sections of this Privacy Policy.
