1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Mobile Secret Codes application ("App"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install, access, or use the App.

Continued use of the App after any updates or changes to these Terms means that you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use this App. If you are under 18 years old, you must use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Roshi App Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

You agree that you will not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where allowed by law;
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, systems, or related infrastructure;
Use the App in a way that may damage, disable, or impair the App or third-party services.

4. Secret Codes, Device Tools, and Usage Warning

The App provides a reference collection of mobile secret codes, dialer commands, diagnostic codes, and device-related information for various mobile brands, models, and operating systems.

Important Warning:

Some codes may reset, modify, erase, or factory-reset your device.
Some codes may delete files, settings, accounts, or personal data.
Some codes may not work on all devices, brands, models, carriers, or firmware versions.
Some codes may behave differently depending on your device manufacturer or Android version.
You use all codes and device tools entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for verifying whether a code is safe and suitable for your device before dialing, entering, or executing it. You should back up your device and important data before using any code or diagnostic function shown in the App.

Roshi App Studio is not responsible for any data loss, device damage, software issues, hardware issues, warranty loss, account lock-out, service interruption, or any other adverse result caused by using information, codes, or tools shown in the App.

The information in the App is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The App is not intended to replace professional technical support, repair services, warranty support, emergency services, or official manufacturer instructions.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements, including but not limited to banner ads, native ads, interstitial ads, app-open ads, and rewarded ads.

The App may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect and process certain information such as advertising identifiers, device information, app interaction data, and approximate location data, depending on your consent choices and applicable law.

Where required by law, including GDPR and similar privacy regulations, the App may request your consent through a consent management platform, such as Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), before showing personalized ads.

Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks. Roshi App Studio is not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, or websites promoted in third-party advertisements.

6. In-App Purchases and Premium Access

The App may offer optional paid products, premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases through Google Play Billing or other official app store billing systems.

Premium options may include:

Monthly subscription;
Yearly subscription;
One-time lifetime purchase;
Removal of in-app advertisements;
Access to additional premium features described inside the App.

All payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Roshi App Studio does not collect or store your payment card details.

Subscription purchases automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Google Play or the applicable app store rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account or the relevant app store account settings.

Prices, taxes, currency conversions, and billing terms may vary depending on your country, region, and app store account.

Refunds are handled according to Google Play refund policies, the applicable app store refund policies, and any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your app data. Subscription benefits generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how third-party services may process data, and what privacy rights may be available to you.

By using the App, you agree that your information may be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use or integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Play Services;
Google Play Billing;
Google AdMob;
Google Firebase Analytics;
Google Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Remote Config;
Other analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or app performance services.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing practices. Roshi App Studio does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, or policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, layout, source code, graphics, icons, text, features, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Roshi App Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Device brand names, model names, company names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in the App, such as Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, Realme, Motorola, Nokia, and others, belong to their respective owners.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any mobile device manufacturer, telecom company, or trademark owner unless clearly stated.

10. App Updates, Changes, and Availability

Roshi App Studio may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

Updates may add, remove, or change features, content, design, advertising behavior, premium features, or compatibility requirements.

Some features may require an internet connection, device permissions, Google Play Services, specific Android versions, or compatible hardware.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or Android version.

11. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

You will use the App only for lawful purposes;
You will not misuse secret codes or device information;
You are responsible for checking code compatibility with your device;
You are responsible for backing up your device and data;
You will not use the App to harm devices, networks, users, or services;
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roshi App Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, security, availability, and non-infringement.

Roshi App Studio does not guarantee that:

The App will work without errors or interruptions;
The App will be available at all times;
All secret codes will be accurate, safe, or compatible with your device;
The App will meet your expectations or requirements;
The App will be free from bugs, malware, viruses, or harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roshi App Studio, its owners, developers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, device malfunction, factory reset, software failure, loss of profits, loss of business, account issues, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or damage caused by your use of or inability to use the App.

The total liability of Roshi App Studio for any claim related to the App shall be limited to the greater of:

The amount you paid directly for the App or premium features during the last twelve months; or
USD $10.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roshi App Studio, its owners, employees, developers, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App;
Your use of secret codes, diagnostic codes, or device tools;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right;
Your actions that cause damage to your device or another person's device.

15. Termination

Roshi App Studio may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or use the App in a way that may cause harm, legal risk, or security concerns.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

If any dispute arises between you and Roshi App Studio, both parties agree to first try to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities as permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms limits or removes those legal rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

Roshi App Studio may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Material changes may be notified through the App, app store listing, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
